Viking Pendant of the Allfather
This viking pendant is a replica of the archaeological find from Ribe, Denmark, believed to be a depiction of Odin, the Allfather of the Norse gods. It features a horned helmet, a common motif in Viking and Vendel period art that is closely associated with Odin. Similar horned headdresses are seen on the Torslunda plates, often interpreted as ceremonial gear worn to lead berserkers into battle, or possibly as a symbolic representation of Huginn and Muninn, Odin’s ravens.
The original amulet is housed at the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde, but now you can carry a piece of Norse history with you. Small and lightweight, this norse pendant is perfect to wear around the neck or keep as a pocket charm.
In the Viking Age, amulets and figurines may have been used in rituals, offerings, and as sacred objects believed to attract the energy of the gods. This piece is more than jewelry—it’s a spiritual connection to the wisdom and power of Odin himself.
